Whatever your wellness goals may be, this special, mega, jam-packed edition of Natural Awakenings is sure to help you move forward on that journey.

The annual Natural Living Directory features profiles, resource guide listings and more, designed to get you well acquainted with the health and wellness community of the Fairfield and Southern Litchfield Counties area.

It has been so fun connecting with so many people in the process of developing the annual Natural Living Directory issue, and I am especially excited to bring it to print.

Beginning on page 40, “Build Your Wellness Dream Team” features Q&As with local practitioners and business owners who are eager to meet you. We also have several Business Spotlights on page 58, followed by the Directory Listings on page 60. But, that’s not all! These pages also contain wonderful articles covering wild places, apps related to nature, eating for the planet, the rise of fun non-alcoholic beverages and plenty more.

This month, I am also excited about the virtual event hosted by Natural Awakenings of Fairfield and Southern Litchfield Counties and Mindset & Breathing Mentor and Coach Alexia Clonda. On April 5, from 6:30 to 8pm, join us for the Virtual Breathing Workshop, during which Alexia will discuss good breathing, how to do it and how to use it to help reduce stress, relax and open your mind. We are hoping many of our readers join to meet us and learn this breathing tecnique. Sign up for the workshop now at Tinyurl.com/NAVirtualBreathwork.

Keep this issue all year long, to guide you whenever a new wellness need may arise.

Be well,
