How would you describe your studio or practice (what’s the vibe)?

We are not only a yoga studio, but a center. We offer yoga, meditation, healing, teacher training, workshops and retreats that span the world, but most of all, we offer a community of like-minded beings. It is a place to learn, heal, travel and make new friends, as well as a retail store offering yoga supplies, clothing and metaphysical books.

What types of yoga classes do you offer?

We offer all types of yoga, with a strong focus on a vinyasa-based practice. We also offer Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga and Yoga Sangraha.

How has the practice of yoga changed your life, personally?

Yoga is my life, not only in the physical practice of it, but in the metaphysical practice. Yoga is life.

What inspired you to open a yoga studio?

This is the second studio and center I am opening. The first one was for myself, and this time it is for my students, my community and as a way to serve God.

How have things changed over the years?

Our community has grown and become a place for gathering, learning and healing, not to mention joy.

Do you offer online/virtual classes?

Yes. We offer online and virtual classes.

Do you offer yoga teacher training?

We do. We have been offering yoga teacher training for about a decade, including 200-hour and 300-hour programs, 50- and 100-hour meditation trainings, as well as Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra certifications.

What is new and exciting happening/coming up at the studio this year?

The entire studio is new! We also have a 300-hour yoga teacher training starting in
October and a yoga and meditation retreat in Tulum, Mexico, in March 2027.
