This class offers a supportive introduction to the foundations of Iyengar Yoga. Students learn basic standing and seated poses, and essential actions that support posture, balance, and mobility. Emphasis is placed on alignment, breath awareness, and learning how to use props to make poses accessible and effective.
This class is ideal for those new to yoga, returning after time away, or wishing to rebuild a strong, steady foundation.
