Back Care + Scoliosis Series
If you’re dealing with scoliosis, you may be looking for ways to find relief and improve your overall mobility and function.
4-Week Series on Fridays at 10:30am
March 13, 20, 27 + April 3
This series is for all types of back conditions including scoliosis. Sequences will be taught to include poses intended to lengthen and strengthen the spinal muscles and alleviate back pain.
You can expect a blend of therapeutic yoga postures, supported, active poses, and mindful breathing techniques. You will be guided through sequences intended to improve spinal alignment, and relieve muscular tension in the back muscles. Special attention will be given to adapting poses to accommodate various degrees of scoliosis and other back conditions.
