Iyengar Yoga - Level 1
Yoga that emphasizes safety, optimal body alignment, and attention to detail.

Level 1 builds upon the fundamentals introduced in Beginner classes and supports students in developing strength, flexibility, and coordination through a broader range of poses. Classes focus on standing poses, seated poses, twists, and preparatory work for inversions such as Shoulder Stand.
Students continue refining alignment and learning how thoughtful actions in the body support both stability and freedom of movement.
