Restorative Yoga class offers an immediate sense of relief from the constant demands of daily life. In this quiet, supported practice, your body is gently guided into stillness, allowing tension to release, breath to deepen, and the nervous system to reset. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just willing to pause and receive.
The use of props in the Iyengar method creates space in the body, particularly in the chest and diaphragm, encouraging fuller, freer breathing and a sense of lightness. As your body softens and your mind quiets, you'll leave class feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.
