Meditation Made Easy is a beginner-friendly, in-person meditation course beginning Wednesday, February 22, for 5-sessions, overlooking the inspiring Shoyoan Teien Zen garden, offered by the Buddhist Faith Fellowship in Middletown, Connecticut.
Designed for those new to meditation or anyone seeking a practical and supportive introduction, this course explores foundational techniques for developing calm presence, mindful awareness, and steady attention in daily life.
