Delectable New Offerings at Nature’s Temptations
In response to the demands of their customers, Nature’s Temptations has added several new all-natural selections and meals to their menu. Award-winning holistic chef Liz Gagnon oversees the cooking and catering for the store’s two locations in Ridgefield and Cross River, NY. There is an organic deli and catering, sandwiches and meals to go, a hot soup bar, a large selection of organic and locally grown produce, and clean fish, meats and dairy. Baked goods, muffins, cookies, entrees, soups and juices are all prepared from scratch on the premises in small batches. The Ridgefield location also has a juice/smoothie bar and café, and a brand new kitchen to support the store’s plentiful offerings.
Chef Liz has recently added marinated rotisserie FreeBird chickens to the daily menu. FreeBird chickens are hormone and antibiotic free and are raised on a sustainable farm. In fact, Chef Liz is extremely meticulous about the suppliers she chooses, and is particularly watchful over the meat and chicken distributors, making sure all meats are all natural and raised humanely. The store has also added a selection of artisan cheeses, a “grab and go” section, and daily fresh fish and meats.
