Connecticut Friends School Teaches “From the Ground Up”
Dec 28, 2012 02:50PM
Interdisciplinary learning thrives at Connecticut Friends School (CFS), as demonstrated by this year’s all-school theme, From the Ground Up. Every age level is engaged in exploring this concept through age appropriate, hands-on projects. Activities include collecting natural materials and identifying, sorting, graphing, and researching uses, and studying natural and manmade structures, including geology, polyhedra, skyscrapers and bridges.
Learn about the dynamic education offered at Connecticut Friends School at their next Open House on Friday, February 1 from 1 to 3 p.m. (Snowdate is February 8) and on CTFriendsSchool.org.
