Oct 01, 2015 11:26PM

Amie Meleshkewich, E-RYT 200, CPT, has spent the last five years traveling to private homes, gyms and studios teaching yoga, Pilates and strength training to clients. Meleshkewich has now opened a new studio, located at 7-E Garage Road, Southbury. Flow to Fit Yoga includes a reception room, consultation office and strength training room in addition to a large room for group classes and circuit training.

“The goal of the new studio was to create a tranquil, serene environment with minimal distractions so clients can stay focused and get the most out of their sessions,” says Meleshkewich. “I am dedicated to helping my clients build strength, increase flexibility, improve cardiovascular health, lose weight and manage stress.”

The studio offers private yoga, Pilates, strength training and meditation sessions for those not comfortable in a gym or group setting or with physical limitations and chronic pain. Private and group classes are available throughout the week.
