Summary/services offered:
I offer therapeutic massage to restore fascial function, postural analysis, strengthening, stretching and restorative movement and Pilates instruction. I work together with you to determine which daily habits create your bodily discomforts.

What drew you to this profession?
Having a massage during a stressful time and feeling the difference it made, then reading massage books and realizing it was knowledge I already had within.

What sets your work apart from others in your profession?
I work to keep you comfortable throughout: with muscles off stretch, going slowly to go deep, using decompression and movement to create freedom in the tissue. 

What should someone expect from working with you?
They should expect to work collaboratively to determine how to restore their body to balance. I do give homework in the form of stretching/strengthening and breathing techniques.

What changes do you plan in 2020?
I’m moving to a new space that will allow me to teach Pilates on premises. I look forward to featuring collaborative sessions of fascial opening and strengthening.
