The Holistic Community Professionals of New England will host a day-long mini-retreat on September 20, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Guest House Retreat and Conference Center in Chester, Connecticut. Attendees can enjoy two transformative workshops, an organic buffet lunch, and time to relax on the retreat’s scenic grounds and labyrinth.

The morning session, led by Aaron Singleton and Claudia Sanchez of The Way to Balance Center, introduces Numbers for Healing. Participants will explore the vibrational frequency of numbers and learn how they can enhance meditation, intuition, sleep and overall healing.
“This workshop will open your mind to the power of numbers beyond your imagination. Each number, when said individually, resonates at a specific frequency, which literally gives the number and frequency life,” explains Singleton. Each guest will receive an activation code designed to support their personal practice.

After lunch, the afternoon workshop shifts focus to The Rings of Oden, a set of innovative vibrational healing tools created by Singleton. Based on “Net-Neutral Ionic Energy,” the Rings accelerate physical, emotional and spiritual healing, bypassing the brain to reach deeper layers of balance and transformation. No prior experience is needed.

The full-day retreat, including both workshops, buffet lunch and beverages, is $199 per person. Advance registration is required by September 12 for lunch and by September 17 for workshops. Payments can be made via EventBrite, Venmo or CashApp.
