The Passport to Health & Wellness Expo returns to Bristol for two inspiring dates—Sunday, May 3, and Sunday, October 18, 2026—offering the community a full day of holistic health, education, and connection. Now in its 16th year, this bi-annual event has become a beloved tradition for those seeking to explore natural wellness, mind-body balance, and community-centered healing.

Presented by Holistic Community Professionals, both expos are free and family-friendly, taking place at the DoubleTree by Hilton from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. More than 55 vendors will be on site offering hands-on bodywork, holistic products, and alternative therapies, from massage and energy work to aromatherapy, natural skincare, and wellness tools. Visitors can explore each booth, try products and discover services that support mind, body, and spirit wellness.

Educational speakers will present on the half hour beginning at 11 a.m., covering topics such as nutrition, stress management, energy healing, and holistic lifestyle strategies. At the May 3 expo, Mark Brody, MD will serve as keynote speaker at 1 p.m., leading a free group healing session and presenting “Is Your Healthcare Making You Sick? Broke?”followed by a Q&A session. His talk promises practical tools, inspiration, and empowering insights to help attendees navigate today’s complex healthcare landscape. The October 18 expo will feature a new slate of educational speakers and interactive presentations, continuing the tradition of dynamic learning and engagement.

The day concludes at both expos with a free community drumming circle from 4 to 5 p.m., inviting attendees to connect through rhythm and shared energy—participants are encouraged to bring their own drums. Families are warmly welcomed. Children receive a free book and toy, while adults can participate in a tea cup raffle benefiting a local nonprofit. Advance ticket holders are automatically entered in a grand prize drawing at 12:55 p.m., with prizes including an overnight stay at the Hilton and breakfast for two.

Admission to both expos is free, though donations to the event’s designated benefit organization are encouraged. Free tickets are available on Eventbrite, making it easy to reserve a spot for the day’s presentations, hands-on experiences, and wellness activities.

The Passport to Health & Wellness Expo provides a unique opportunity for the community to come together, explore holistic approaches, and connect with wellness professionals in an engaging, interactive environment. From hands-on demonstrations to expert talks, product sampling, and meaningful community connections, attendees leave with tools, inspiration, and support to make wellness a part of daily life.
