The Illumination Retreat & Joy Festival, a three-day immersive wellness experience, will take place June 5–7 in a pastoral setting in Redding. Organized by Aggregata Energy Healing, the event blends energy healing, movement, creativity and community connection.

The retreat will feature daily group energy healing sessions led by Aggregata, a Source energy channel and spiritual teacher, alongside a range of holistic offerings designed to support physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Programming includes yoga, qigong, internal martial arts, breathwork and cold immersion, as well as guided nature walks and creative workshops such as drum making and glass-blowing demonstrations.

Evening activities will include live music, drumming and dance around a bonfire, along with a community marketplace showcasing handmade goods and wellness products. Fresh meals based on Ayurvedic principles will be prepared daily.

The event is designed as a full weekend immersion, with flexible attendance options for one, two or three days. Limited indoor overnight accommodations are available for early registrants, with additional space for tent camping. Extended stay options from June 4–8 are also offered. The retreat is family-friendly, with childcare available during select sessions.
