A Day to Discover Wellness on the Waterfront

The 15th Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2026 returns Saturday, September 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Harbor Point Boardwalk in Stamford. Presented with special thanks to Stamford Health, the exclusive healthcare partner, the Expo invites the community to Go, Gather and Grow during a full day of health, wellness and lifestyle experiences along the waterfront.
The expo offers a timely opportunity for attendees to explore resources that support whole-person well-being. From preventive health screenings and fitness classes to nutrition, mental wellness, financial wellness, healthy living products and community connection, the event encourages attendees to take practical steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.
Now celebrating its 15th year, the Expo has grown into one of Connecticut’s largest health, wellness and lifestyle events. This year’s gathering will feature more than 130 sponsors and exhibitors, 10 interactive zones, free health screenings, free fitness classes, wellness experiences, shopping opportunities, healthy food and beverages, family activities, pet wellness attractions and more.
This year’s event will spotlight a vibrant Wellness Marketplace, giving attendees the opportunity to purchase health and wellness products and services for themselves and their families. Many sponsors and exhibitors will offer one-day-only show specials available exclusively at the Expo, making it a meaningful opportunity to discover new resources, support local and regional businesses and invest in personal and family well-being.
Attendees can take advantage of free health screenings provided by Stamford Health, flu shots and nutrition information from ShopRite/Cingari Family Markets and movement classes led by top area instructors. Fitness, yoga and stretching sessions will take place along the scenic boardwalk, creating an energizing setting for people of all ages and abilities.
The event also includes healthy home and garden inspiration, wellness products and services, touch-a-truck, kids activities with Stamford Moms, food trucks and interactive experiences designed to educate, inspire and connect. Whether attendees are looking for a new practitioner, a family-friendly day out or simple ideas to improve daily routines, the Expo offers something for everyone.
