Litchfield Wellness Festival Returns June 27
The second annual Litchfield Wellness Festival returns Saturday, June 27, inviting the community to enjoy a day devoted to holistic health, mindful living and inspired connection. Held at Litchfield Community Field, this uplifting outdoor gathering will feature more than 100 wellness exhibitors from across Litchfield County, offering a vibrant mix of holistic practitioners, natural products, healing services, educational resources and lifestyle offerings that support well-being in body, mind and spirit.
Open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the festival offers free admission and free parking, making it easy for families, friends and wellness seekers to enjoy the day. Guests can take part in yoga, fitness and movement classes, enjoy live music by West Hill Groove and attend a solo performance by Matthew Dylan, an internationally renowned yogi and musician. Attendees can also enter raffles and connect with featured presenters and performers. Family-friendly activities, hands-on art and wellness education add to the welcoming atmosphere, creating opportunities for people of all ages to explore healthy living in a meaningful and approachable way.

From healing arts and nutrition to books, movement and strength-based services, the festival offers a well-rounded look at today’s evolving wellness landscape and the many resources available in the region.
