Grounded Meditation will celebrate the start of summer with “Sound and Stillness,” its first outdoor sound bath of the season, on June 11 at The Transformation Center in Westport. The immersive evening experience invites participants to relax beneath the open sky while surrounded by the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other meditative instruments. 

Designed to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system restoration, the outdoor gathering blends mindfulness, sound healing and nature in a peaceful setting. Guests are encouraged to bring yoga mats, blankets or anything needed to feel comfortable while settling into the meditative experience.

Founded to make meditation more approachable and accessible, Grounded Meditation offers workshops, meditation classes, sound baths and wellness experiences throughout Fairfield County. The studio focuses on user-friendly practices intended to help reduce stress, improve sleep and support overall well-being. 

Outdoor sound baths have continued growing in popularity as more people seek wellness experiences that encourage relaxation, mindfulness and deeper connection with nature and community.
