The 15th annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo will return to Harbor Point Boardwalk, in Stamford, Connecticut, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on September 12, 2026, bringing together healthcare providers, wellness professionals, local businesses and community organizations for a day of education, inspiration and connection.

Over the past decade and one-half, the expo has grown from a local health fair into one of Connecticut’s premier health and wellness events, welcoming thousands of attendees each year to discover resources that support healthier living.
