Karen Cassel, founder of North Star Sacred Healing, offers one-on-one intuitive energy healing sessions tailored to each client’s stated needs and comfort level. Her approach may incorporate Reiki, crystals, sound, sacred smoke, drums, feathers, oracle cards and earth-honoring practices.

Sessions begin with conversation, allowing Cassel to learn about a client’s concerns while also observing what she says she senses intuitively. She describes her approach as informed by years of training and experience, along with guidance rooted in her Seneca lineage.

During a session, clients remain clothed and may sit or lie down while Cassel works with her hands on or just above the body. Clients may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, deep relaxation or emotional release. Some may fall asleep, while others report feeling lighter afterward.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation and well-being. Practitioners describe it as a gentle, noninvasive approach that may encourage rest, reflection and a greater sense of balance.

Cassel emphasizes that each experience is individual and that there is no “right” response. Her goal is to provide a calm, respectful environment where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore spiritual wellness practices at their own pace.

Private sessions are offered at The Angel Cooperative, 51 Ethan Allen Hwy., Ridgefield, and The Angel Wing. For appointments, visit TheAngelCoop.com or call 203-431-2959. For equine energy work and space clearings, contact Cassel directly at KarenCassel.com. See ad, back cover.
