The Institute for Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Therapies has opened a second location in Weston. Naturopathic Physician  Neeru N. Kaushik, Director of the Institute, says that patients from the area have been asking for this for a long time. The clinic offers Ayurvedic medicine as well as Acupuncture, Naturopathic medicine, Chinese medicine, Homeopathy, Botanical medicine, Physical medicine, Nutritional counseling, Constitutional hydrotherapy, Colonics and Ozone therapy.

         Ayurvedic medicine is considered to be the oldest system of medicine. Originated in India, this system is now used all over the world especially for chronic conditions.          Dr. Kaushik is a family practitioner and treats children, adults and the elderly. She has earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Acupuncture degrees from University of Bridgeport, Masters of Science from Alabama State University and a M.A. from Punjab University, India. She is the only physician in the Northeastern United States who offers these combinations of healing modalities and therapies. Each combination is selected based on the individual’s constitution or body-type, a truly personalized medicine.
