Spiritism Talk and Healing Event in New York City

Learn more about the meaning and purpose of life, the hereafter, and natural laws that shape our moral and intellectual development at a lecture this month based on the research and philosophy of Allan Kardec. The Tristate Spiritist Federation will host the talk titled “The Missing Answers,” co-presented by Fred Gouveia, Heather Fonseca and Julio Padovan from 2 to 5 p.m. on October 19, 2013 in New York City.

Kardec is the pen name of the 19th-century French teacher and author widely regarded as the originator of modern Spiritism. Attendees will have the opportunity to consider recommended ways to change their behavior and thought processes toward seeking greater peace of mind and personal healing in dealing with life’s challenges. A brief guided meditation session will complement the session.

The TriState Spiritist Federation unifies various spiritist institutions in the tri-state area to promote charitable and humanitarian actions and programs, according to Christian Spiritist principles.
