Cox Flexion Distraction Table
The Black Rock Holistic Health Center has acquired a new Cox Flexion Distraction Table. Center founder Kristine M. DeMarco, DC, is one of a handful of actively certified doctors in the state of Connecticut who have the Cox table. The Cox technique realigns and restores range of motion inherent to the spine while reducing low back pain, especially in sciatica patients. The Cox Flexion Distraction Table also allows the doctor to treat women during pregnancy in a safe, gentle manner.
Dr. DeMarco has been offering a holistic approach to the treatment of acute and chronic pain for the past 12 years and earned the distinction of being voted “Best Chiropractor 2009.” She utilizes alternative therapies such as chiropractic, acupuncture, homeopathy, nutrition, applied kinesiology, Graston technique and cox flexion distraction technique to reestablish the patient’s immune system and musculoskeletal health and balance.
