Use Yoga to Release Weight

Join yoga instructor and author of The 28 Days Lighter Diet, Ellen Barrett, for over two hours of empowerment on January 13 at 12:30pm. In this Yoga for Weight Release workshop, you will learn the difference between weight loss and weight release, and experience the immediate effects of mindful movement. You will also walk away with life-changing tools that will help you find your ideal weight. The workshop is a mix of discussion, exercise, deep relaxation and seated meditation.
All are welcome to attend. No yoga or meditation experience necessary. The cost per person is $45.
Barrett (EllenBarrett.com) is a well-known author and workout video creator with best-selling DVDs, including “Crunch: Fat Burning Pilates and Yogini Workout.” She is currently featured online on CBS’s TrainerPass.com and teaches yoga at Charym Yoga.
