On Saturday, August 10 from 1 to 2:30pm, Susie Buckley will lead a special free class for LGBTQ community members and allies at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield. Whether you are a tried and true yogi or just yoga-curious, this is an opportunity for an afternoon of meditation, mindfulness and introductory yoga.

Buckley is a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher with more than 10 years of experience leading classes for youth and young adults. This Sculpture Garden-based session (weather permitting) is for any and all individuals who want to connect with members of the community while exploring yoga in a safe and inclusive environment.
