Harmonetiks Yoga is a collaborative program developed by Jeffrey Zimmerman, doctor of Oriental medicine, and Robyn Mortiboys, owner of Yoga in Waves. Harmonetiks Yoga combines the ancient Eastern knowledge of energetic healing with modern Western medicine, teaching students how to harmonize the different disciplines to help heal the body. 

This program can be used as an enhancement to your current yoga practice or yoga teachings, building on the energy of the breath that is already there. 

Students of Harmonetiks Yoga are able to take classes in person at Zimmerman’s office in Westport, or connect online via Zoom with students all around the world, from Oregon to Russia and further. There also are self-paced classes online via Teachable.com that focus on learning and applying the energy modalities.
