Institute for Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Therapies Introduces Neha Kaushik, NMD
Neha Kaushik, a Naturopathic doctor, has recently joined the Institute for Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Therapies, in Fairfield. Kaushik specializes in both chronic and acute illnesses with a special emphasis on autoimmune conditions, intestinal health, the endocrine system and pain management. Kaushik also includes acupuncture in her field of practice. She offers a free, 15-minute consultation to new patients to discuss their concerns and treatment options.
Kaushik earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and her Master’s in Public Health in Epidemiology from University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is currently earning her Ayurvedic degree from the Institute for the Advancement of Ayurvedic Sciences, located in Cross River, New York.
She believes that one of the keys to health improvement is the doctor-patient relationship. Kaushik strives to provide the very best care from the first visit. Her genuine personal interest in her patients is evident in her ability to listen to and hear their concerns and respond to them with compassion and caring. Her goal is to empower and educate her patients so that they will succeed on the journey to optimal health.
