I am a ThetaHealing teacher and Mindset and Breathing Coach with over 20 years of experience. I help mothers and daughters create healthy relationships. I help them clear their negative thought patterns forever. They release the patterns that block their sense of connection and belonging.
What drew you to this profession?
My healing journey centered on my own sense of belonging due to my mother abandoning me when I was three years old. She kept some of my siblings, which made me feel like there was something wrong with me. I was the odd one out and did not belong. This left me feeling disconnected with no sense of security.
ThetaHealing helped me release the painful emotions that I was carrying from childhood. The process allowed me to experience unconditional love from my mother. It was finally safe for me to connect to her. Our relationship began to heal and we were closer than ever. Now I bring these modalities to my clients to help them build meaningful relationships.
How does your work differ from others in your profession?
I combined a variety of healing techniques including breath work and energy healing in my program. These powerful techniques help you identify thoughts and release emotions. They help you to awaken your emotional intelligence and resolve issues around maternal bonds that affect your ability to trust and feel safe in relationships. I work on every level of your being, including the mind, body, spirit, emotions and breath of life. After working together, you will understand the truth that you belong.

Whether you are the mother or the daughter, this work is not dependent upon you both doing the work. It requires only one of you. When you are open to it, it’s possible to resolve any resistance to creating healthy relationships. You are worthy and you are deserving of unconditional love simply because you breathe air.
