I am a ThetaHealing Teacher, Mindset and Breathing coach with over 20 years of experience. I help people create healthy relationships with themselves and others. I help them clear their negative thought and feeling patterns that keep them stuck or limited, thus release the patterns that block their sense of connection and belonging.
What drew you to this profession?
My healing journey centered on my own sense of belonging due to my mother abandoning me when I was three years old. She connected with the other eight of my siblings, which made me feel like there was something wrong with me. I was the odd one out and felt I did not belong and unloved. This left me feeling disconnected, with no sense of security. This belief and feeling of not belonging started at an even earlier age with the development of asthma, breathing issues, not being able to take in life, when I was just 10 months old.
ThetaHealing helped me release the painful emotions that I was carrying from childhood. The process allowed me to experience unconditional love from my mother and vice versa. It was finally safe for me to connect to her. Our relationship began to heal, and we became the best of friends. Now I bring these modalities to my clients to help them build meaningful relationships with others and themselves.
How does your work differ from others in your profession?
I combine a variety of healing techniques including breath work and energy healing in my services. These powerful techniques help you identify thoughts and release emotions. They help you to awaken your emotional intelligence and resolve issues that affect your ability to trust and feel safe in relationships. I work on every level of your being, including the mind, body, spirit, emotions and breath of life. Breathing is the key in flowing in life and having a healthy life. After working together, you will understand the truth that you do indeed belong, are supported and feel a sense of freedom.

Our sense of belonging, connection and having meaningful relationships is foundational to our self-worth and love of self and others. When you are open to healing old wounds, it’s possible to resolve any resistance to creating healthy relationships.
