Kaia Yoga's Summer Classes and Teacher Training
Kaia Yoga is welcoming summer with expanded opportunities for movement, mindfulness and personal growth across its 10 studio locations in Connecticut and New York. For more than two decades, Kaia Yoga has supported students in building healthier, more balanced lives through yoga, meditation and community connection.
This season, students can access a wide range of classes for all levels, from gentle and restorative yoga to heated flow classes and strength-based formats such as Yoga Sculpt. Kaia Yoga’s signature heated classes are designed to support flexibility, circulation and stress relief, while meditation and breathwork offerings provide tools for focus and overall well-being.
A key highlight is the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program beginning May 26. The program is designed for aspiring teachers, dedicated students, college students home for the summer and
those seeking a meaningful seasonal experience. Participants study yoga postures, anatomy, philosophy, meditation and communication skills in a supportive learning environment.
Kaia Yoga also continues to build community through workshops, special events and retreats that encourage connection and sustainable wellness practices. With studios throughout Connecticut
and New York, Kaia Yoga offers convenient access for local residents and summer travelers alike.
