The Healing Power of Connection Returns to Unity Center of Norwalk
Unity Center of Norwalk’s Healing Power of Connection returns Saturday, November 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., inviting the community to a day of renewal, reflection and meaningful connection. This year’s theme, Rooted in Nature, Connected in Spirit, explores the restorative power of connecting with ourselves, one another and the natural world.
This uplifting retreat features a blend of nature-inspired experiences, intuitive practices, movement, music and opportunities for personal reflection. Participants can explore contemplative poetry, intuitive art, Qi Gong and tarot, along with a session focused on connecting with the cosmos.
The afternoon includes a guided shamanic journey exploring connections with the natural world, movement and embodiment practices, a circle of connection and a community drum circle. These experiences encourage participants to slow down, explore their inner wisdom and embrace the healing potential of shared experiences.
A nourishing lunch is included, providing an opportunity to relax, connect with others and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere. Attendees may participate in the full day’s activities or choose the experiences that resonate most with them.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., with the program starting at 10 a.m. Space is limited, and advance registration is encouraged.
The Healing Power of Connection offers an opportunity to step away from daily routines, reconnect with nature and experience the sense of belonging that comes from gathering in a supportive community.
Cost: $125 per person, including lunch. Location: Unity Center of Norwalk, 3 Main St., second floor, Norwalk (no elevator access). For information or registration, call 203-855-7922, email
