The Transformation Center in Westport invites participants to reconnect with themselves through meditation, energy work and creative expression during Sound of Radiance: A Healing Tree of Life Experience, led by artist and Reiki Master Asami Green, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. November 8.

This 90-minute workshop offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect and explore personal renewal. Participants will begin with a guided Tree of Life meditation infused with Reiki energy and accompanied by the soothing sounds of four Koshi chimes representing air, earth, fire and water.

Following the meditation, guests will explore mixed-media art journaling, combining colors, textures, images and words to encourage self-expression and set meaningful intentions for the season ahead. No artistic experience is necessary.

Born in Japan and raised in New York City, Green draws upon her multicultural background and connection to nature to integrate art, meditation and Reiki into experiences designed to inspire reflection and personal growth.

The workshop costs $48, including all materials. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.

The Transformation Center was founded by Katie Augustyn, a transformation coach and shamanic healing practitioner dedicated to helping individuals embrace personal growth. The center offers coaching, healing sessions and workshops, including a virtual Shamanic Healing Clinic from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. November 10. Led by practitioners trained and certified by Medicine Woman Ahalya Baguio, the clinic offers individual 30-minute sessions for a suggested donation of $20 to $40.
