On September 26, Total Wellness Connect (TWC) will hold its second quarterly Health & Wellness Mini Expo. The event will be offered free of charge at Achieve Fitness in Norwalk from 6 to 8:30pm, and will feature ten wellness vendors.

TWC is a new organization focusing on connecting health and wellness professionals to each other and their local communities. It provides its members networking, social media advertising, education and community events to gain exposure for their businesses. Currently, TWC networking meetings are held every other Wednesday in Norwalk. Chapters (or groups) will be launched soon in Fairfield, Stamford and Ridgefield.

“We each have one body and at one point or another, it needs healing. There are thousands of healing methods, but many of us only stick to what we know, which is not always the best choice! The more we know about what is available, the better we are able to maintain and improve our health in a lasting, natural manner,” says TWC Founder Kristina Centnere.
